sounds like a good plan maybe you will get lucky and the sleeve will come also if they are stuck that bad they probably aint no good anyhow would be nice to get them free and maybe a hone job and new rings would work why cant you make a frame work on top of the block and push down on two and the same on the bottom and push up if they are over center aalways thought that would have to work have a motor of a 55w that is a C with starter and even a place for the hy pump that is the way i will try that one two cycls are loose you can feel when tapping just aint got to it yet
