Sure it might start and run and even pull a plow or push snow, but will it burn oil or not have the full power it should have? Maybe, but it depends on what you are hoping to use the tractor for and for how long.
If just taking the grandkids for a ride on a trailer a couple times a year, that should be fine. If working a small farm plowing, planting, mowing and harvesting crops used year round day in day out, that might be too much an ask!
