It sounds like a great tractor to get and doesn't sound like it should need much money to get it working. The spoked wheels add value and the hydraulic system is not real common. I'd look real close at the tires. If they have had calcium chloride in them you could be looking a rim problems. Also if the tires are weather checked badly they could have not much life left even though they have good tread. If they are 40 inch tires they are very expensive to replace. If there are no potential tire problems and it was me buying it I might go as high as $900, especially if it will start. It sounds like a good find.
