F-12 Questions

I just got an F-12 that I was told was from 1932. The serial no. plate is not on it. How can I verify that it is from 1932? It has a single front tire that was rubber, At least on this one.By the time I removed the tire and wheel the tire was all shredded.Does anybody know the tire size for this set-up? Was this front originally a steel wheel? My wheel is a split wheel and a car tire place warned me that re-assembling the wheel with a new tire and tube is dangerous for the inexperienced. True? Thanks for any info KEN
