I have seen an A with a narrow front.
The elderly gentleman that owns it also has a few other farmalls. One day, about 5 years ago I spotted his farmalls in his yard. I pulled in to see if any were for sale. They weren't but we talked for a long time. I've visited him a few more times after that and even took him an ad for Miller tires, he wanted to put original treads on one of them. I havn't been his way now for a couple of years. But he told me he lived most of his life in California and worked all those years for a Farmall dealer setting up tractors and machinery. He claimed his tractor was direct from the factory that way. I can't recall if he said it was a test tractor or what, but I do remember it did come from Farmall with a narrow front. It was in good condition and he had a saw rig mounted on the back. Come to think of it, I should go back and see if the old gent is still around.
