Quick Hitch to 3 pt?

I have a Farmall 460 with a quick hitch, and have not yet gotten any implements. My question is - do I need to look for implements that are specially designed just for the quick hitch, or can I use imps. that are 3 point? I want to rent a seeder/fertilizer to frost seed my pasture this Spring. Nearest dealer is J.D.
