Value of TD-9 (late 1957, 4 cyl) with 4-in-1 bucket

What is the estimated value of a 1957 TD-9 with a good 4-in-1 bucket, 75-80% tracks, tight pins, bushings and undercarriage, good transmission, clutches etc. but engine seized due to lack of oil. The head was reworked, but I am concerned about cracking due to the sudden stoppage with crank seizure 3 years ago. Owner is sending pictures. (I have parts to build a good engine.) This unit weighs about 12,000 lbs.
