Woods windrowing

Has anyone ever had this problem? Put 3 year old L-59 Woods on my Super A this spring and it is windrowing the grass by the right rear tire, has never done this before, put on new set of high lift blades, deck is level or just a little low in front, cutting around 3 inches high, acts like the middle blade is dumbing the grass out the right side instead of carrying it on around for the front left discharge??????? Thanks
