Thank you for the advice.

Restoring the C for my 10 year old great nephew.

Once I get this leak repaired, I think that it will be ready for painting.

Found a guy (not far from home), that has painted a lot of tractors around here. He charges around $600.00 to sand blast, prime, paint, and place the decals on a tractor of this size (providing all sheet metal is in good condition).

Would like to paint it myself, but I don't have the proper equipment to do it the right way.

Myself and a couple of friends have gone over the entire tractor, the 3 of us are average backyard mechanics. Anything questioned was replaced, they keep telling me that it will be better than new when finished.

Bought the tractor for $350.00. I have spent a little more that I figured, but it is worth it to me to try to restore it like Farmall built it 53 years ago.
