Hi Steve, They must have produced that model without PTO, yours is living proof. My 2424 has A conical gaurd over the PTO shaft bolted on where your blockoff plate is. It must have A plug in the case back there undernieth the plate. You would need the 2 stage clutch assy, the control lever left of the seat, and the shaft and bearing assy to upgrade. Splitting the tractor and probably salvage yard parts if you can find them. Big job for me. Hope I helped. J.
