Value of 300 Utility

Friend has a 300 Utility with a loader he is thinking of disposing of, condition is poor to fair at best. Original paint, kept outside, has a couple of oil leaks, and hydro leaks. 4th and 5th gears are locking out, (welded the slid bars closed??). Electrical will need to be redone, Rube Goldberg type of starting system. Engine will probably need to be rebuilt. Tires are old.
Used on diary farm since bought new.
He asked what it would bring. (With milk prices the way they are and the wet spring and high cost of feed things are getting tight for him.)
