IH 340 Steering and Hydraulic problem

My 340 has power steering. The front wheels now do not turn together (the right wheel turns too fast and the left hardly turns at all). In fact when moving, the wheels will turn opposite each other! AND I have blown 2 hydraulic hose fittings to my loader. Are these 2 things connected and any ideas on the problem and fix? Thanks for any help
