Is the exhaust black(fuel too rich)at idle? If so you will need to adjust the carb idle screw. Older-than-six-month gas in the tank maybe? Timing is checked be fully retarding the spark and cranking #1 to top-dead-center. Then look in the hole on the flywheel housing. There should be a 'D' mark. This is how it is on a F30 and I believe the same for F20. If OK check your mag wiring. #1 is marked on the mag. Check each wire clockwise. Rice Equipment has many F series parts.
