That's called a button head grease fitting. The circle in the middle is where the grease goes in. You can get a tip for your grease gun from most heavy equipment dealers or industrial supply houses. It slips sideways over the large disc and has a rubber seal which surrounds the middle hole. Grease the track regularly.
