IH 460 brake pedal bolt

The Brake pedal bolt that attaches the pedal(right ) to the brake drum broke on my IH 460. Can you weld the threaded portion of the bolt to the remaining portion? Does anyone know if they sell these bolts seperately or do you have to order the whole brake assembly? Thanks, Mark
