I do know that f-30 pistons and sleeves are the same as a 10-20 but I was thinking there are differences in the head between the two. I have a 10-20 and it has large water holes since it has thermo-siphon cooling. I think a f-30/W-30 has smaller holes since it has a waterpump. If you use a small hole head on a 10-20 it will have overheating problems.And a large hole head on a F-30 might not let it warm up enough if the thermostat is not there or working.I also think that the f-30/W-30 has larger valves (that give it the extra 10 hp)but I am not sure about that.
