45702 D is the part number for the PTO seal on the M and probably on other IH tractors as well. You can get a seal at any IH dealer. I'm surprised you can't get one at NAPA. It won't be the same as the old one because the old one was a double seal thus the new one that fits has a different number. The new one you get will be just a single lip seal and less than half as thick as the old one. Some folks put in two seals of the new type, but I have found one to be adequate. When you put it in the seal holder, locate it so that it does not run in a groove in the shaft that may be there worn by the old seal.
