The first step I take is to use something like PB Blaser. Wait a few days and put the tractor in high gear and rock it. I have on occasion pulled on it with a tractor. Just don't get to carried away. If that does not work, and it usually doesn't, pull the pan and see if you can unbolt the rods and get any of the pistons out. At the very least you should be able to get two out. If you can get two of them out, you can stick a block of wood down in the cylinder on top of the piston, put a jack on top of the block. Throw a chain over the jack down to the frame rails, and try to jack it out. Just be careful how much pressure you apply.
