The transmission holds 6 quarts. Also, don't forget the final drives. They are separate. No drain on them. The level and fill plug (a one inch plug with a square recessed hole)for the final drives is on the inside of the final drives near the tapped holes that the drawbar is attached to. To drain the final drives you have to remove the pan. Get new gaskets before you remove them. Refill to the bottom of the fill hole.
