Could very well be plugged idle circuit, but I tried to blow out all passages while carb was off. I also wondered about vacuum leak on intake causing this. Obviously has some of the same symptoms of a lean engine. I will try holding throttle closed, but I am fairly certain it will die, as many times it will die if I pull throttle back to idle quickly. As I said it runs fairly normally at high throttle.
