Todd - So long as the pan flange is flat within 1/8" or so, I've had good luck sealing slightly warped pans with Permatex red silicone gasket maker. Start with the pan flange, mating face on the block and the gasket thoroughly clean and degreased. Run a bead of silicone about 3/16" diameter all the way around the pan flange, keeping it to the inside of the bolt holes. Position the gasket over the flange, line up the bolt holes and lightly press it into the silcone. Now run another 3/16" bead all the way around the upper side of the gasket. Finally carefully position the pan and bolt into place. Wipe off the excess silicone that gets squeezed out, then give it several hours to cure before adding oil and starting the motor.

I've found a couple long (6" or so) bolts - same thread size as the pan cap screws - are helpful holding the gasket in place when postioning the pan against the block. Also be careful to not overtighten the pan cap screws - you just want to good bead of silicone squeezed out out all the way around the outside edge of the flange. Seems to me 10 - 15 ft-lbs on the cap screws is enough.
