It is definatelly stuck in two gears. My cub will sometiomes not come out of 2nd in the iwnter if I shift to reverse too fast. Take the top off the trans., (4 bolts I think) and you should be able to line up the slots in the shifting forks with a screwdriver or bar. It is possible the detents that hold the forks in neutral are worn, or that the forks are bent.
