Anyone ever send money to Turlock, CA for Farmall parts?

Over a month ago I sent a check to purchase $100 worth of used farmall parts with no response back or no parts. I have lost his name and am waiting for the check to come back from the bank for this info. Has anyone had a similar experience with this person from Turlock, CA? PS, I got my farmall C running finally (many may not remember my post). After trying everything, I found a used magneto and installed it for the fix. Thanks
