Hi Red. Yes, I have taken the line off twice and shot some wd40 in it and and used an air hose on it. Both times, the guage worked fine for a while. Yesterday, I took the oil pan down and cleaned all the junk out of it. Changed the filter and put fresh oil in. The pan had sone sludge in the bottom, but the oil pump screen was clean. Do you think a few drops of 3 in one oil in the pressure hole of the guage before I hook it up would help?
