No, That seems about right if it's got good tires. I'm in MN and we bought a '79 with a 310 with about 3800 hrs. about 4 years ago for about that price. For some reason the 686's are a little pricey, but a great little tractor. Your handle is Iowa Hay Maker? a 686 is the perfect tractor for raking and baleing
