Here's another way: Chock the rear wheels, loosen (don't remove) the front wheel lugs, position a jack under the clutch housing and lift so the fronts are about 6" off the ground. Now remove the 3 wheel lugs and slip top of the wheel off the hub. Then wrap an old T-shirt tightly around the hub and work the wheel off around the hub. The T-shirt will protect the paint during the inevitable dings while working the wheel around and off the hub. You can bolt the wheel on the outside of the hub but it increases steering effort, and can make steering in road gear kinda squirrelly if you've got worn gears/bearings in the steering mechanism.
