Lugaidh, the Farmall lift all system was designed to raise and lower cultivators,so one on the left and the one on the right were for either side of the cultivators and they do this independently of each other. The remaining outlet was to raise and lower the back of the scuffler. In order for you to use the lift all, without adding a valving system you need a pump that works off of the weight of the implement, in other words your outlet lifts and the weight of the implement brings it back down when you release the lever. So I believe a single line is all that is needed, again with out going to the expense of adding a valving system. That means a cylinder that works off of a single line. I hope it helps and others on the net will fill in what I left out or give you advice on a valving system to make it work as a two-way. Good luck from Mike in Exeter Ontario.
