I've had the levers disconnected and the problem is on the Touch-Control unit. What do I have there,, 2 separate small cylinders? Are they independent of each other internally ? If I pull the unit , what will I find is the probable culprit and what type of maintenance can I do to it besides o-rings? possible that the cylinder rod is gummed up, as the lever is in the forward position? I have the parts manual and owners manual ordered, tractor came with a preventive maintenance manual covering Cub, 140,240, 340 series. Touch control for cub and 140 looks like what I've got but it really doesn't address the problem. Thanks for the help.
