That would be a little high in southeast PA, but, not outragous. The B in good shape would go for $700-$1200. The attachments are what is hard to estimate value for. If you have any use for them, it should be worth it. If you don't, then you may be able to sell them to recoup some of the cost. It's been a while since I've seen an IH planter like that in good shape though. There are no right or wrong answers. It's whatever you are comfortable with.
