there must be some other thing wrong - could your couplers be the pioneer kind that can be put together with wrenches or an under pressure coupler. I have had that happen on another tractor and all it needed was to be sure the couplers were screwed together snug. That is only on those couplers that were designed to couple under pressure. the haybine should float the operators manual will tell you how to set the springs I think on an 9 foot heston pt10 it was only 50 pounds of lift. 0
