Draining hydraulic system completely

I think I may have ice in my hydraulic system (darn Minnesota winters!). Need to know how to completely drain all of the old fluid out (my IH 340 has power steering and after-market front end loader) before I replace it with Hy-Trans fluid. How do I make sure I get rid of all the old "stuff" in the cylinders?
