Shawn. These are usually a tight fit. You will need to find a bearing separator or some type of plate to put behind the rear flange of the pulley. If you try to use a gear puller without this backing plate, you will likely break the pulley. You will also need a large two or three jaw puller and a breaker bar and socket. You can heat the pulley up a bit but not too much. As you tighten down on the puller, take a large hammer and tap the bolt-head on the puller with a healthy blow. THis impact helps back the pulley off. When you reinstall, take some emery cloth and polish up the crankshaft where the pulley slides on. Also polish up the inside of the pulley. Use a little oil to reduce friction. You might want to heat the pulley up again and use gloves so you don't burn yourself. John
