Run the tractor at about1500 to 2000 RPM and turn the steering wheel to the left till it picks up prime. Also make sure that your hdy. fluid level is up to where it is suppose to be. If this does not work then your mcv pump is on the weak side and should be replaced. You can also apply air prussure to the trans diff. through the hdy fill tube , take a blow gun and a rag and apply air to it while running the tractor at about 1500 RPM just use caution when releasing the prussure you may take a bath in hdy. oil.
