I had trouble with them not getting my credit card to work and they never told me I wasn't a member when I thought I was. They sent me an e-mail I needed to join or loose my photos. I e-mailed them and they answered me right back. I think if you e-mail the right department, they will respond to you. My problem was taken care of pronto. Good luck.
