IH 460 indust.

I am looking at an IH 460 industrial. It comes with am IH 5 1/2' loader, gas motor. The condition of the rams and hyd. hoses is good. Motor and drivetrain is good. 3pt hitch good. Tractor is yellow but has a pretty fair amount of surface rust needs a paint job. Sheet metal is straight. And there is a shuttle shifter with a 4spd. box.
The power steering assist gear needs replaced.
Asking price is $3300 firm.
I would like to use it for some light earth moving, wood chip hauling and, 6 or 7' rotary mowing. Later on possibly other feild work.
What is worth? Is it a good machine to handle the tasks? Is there anything I should watch out for? I have a Ford 8-N now and am ready for a better tractor.
