If it's the teeth on the sector that are rounded off, dress them up with a triangular file. If it's the lever that is rounded off, you can grind a new edge on it. I had to do that with my '41 B, and it stays in position now. Oh, yeah, I found a new spring at the hardware store, and I also re-bent the lever to give more preload against the notches.
