Get yourself a three cornered file and sharpen up the teeth on the throttle sector like you are sharpening a saw. If the blade on the throttle lever is rounded off, you can sharpen it too. If it has a notch worn in in, build it up with weld and then grind or file the blade back to the correct profile. Did this on my C and it works fine now.
