1468 question

Few days ago a guy wanted to know about dual turbos for a 1468.Now then i am more of a oliver guy but if i am not mistaken doesnt the motor run on 4 cylinders till a load is placed on it then the other 4 cylinders catch.If this is so how would turbos work even if the mains could handel it?Wouldnt it create alot of unbalance pressure?And also how would you time the turbos to work together?
