Farmall H hydralic pump blowing oil out

This H has a front end loader on it and the pump is in the middle of the tractor under the starter, been using it for a long time but now when I push in the lever to let the load down oil runs out the bottom of the pump, is that pump easy to tear down and find the problem, or is it a very complex pump and need a highly trained person to fix it, what seal would be causes that?
