Farmall H Hydraulic Lift Question

I've had my working H for many years and the hydraulics always worked, though I don't use them often. Yesterday I hooked it up, [first time in 3+ years], and nothing happens. No change in engine sounds, no pressure build up in hoses. It's like I didn't pull the lever at all. It's full of fluid. Where do I start to check out the problem?? Thanks
