FB Got it off no problem. But apparently it was removed before, because it had 5 brass nuts and one steel for whatever reason. My father has had if for 35 plus years and it must have been done prior. The new "Vinson" manifold made in USA definately is not OEM. 2 places that were not flat for nuts, and the 4 places for spacers were not milled to thickness. Also some other minor details I don't know the answer too. The carberator flange holes were not equally spaced and the gasket for it did not fit until I filed it to size. One other minor detail, the 8 inch exhaust pipe coming out of the manifold is not perpendicular to the manifold. Has a bit of a list to it. Got it installed though. Looking forward to getting some hours on it. Next project is to get the sickle up and running. Thanks to all who have replied and read this forum. Otis
