At the farm I work at they have a IH 966 and a JD 4020. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. The 4020 works good for pulling the planters and doing hay it also runs smooth and quiet. When it comes to the big work the 966 really gets the job done. So I really can't complain about JD or IH
