You may have more than one problem. The "fizz" bubbles in the radiator could indicate a blown head gasket or (hope not) a cracked head. The C engine seems to be prone to this across the tops of the two center combustion chambers. If cleaning the radiator doesen't solve the problem, I'd pull the head and have it Magnafluxed by a good machine shop. That will tell you for sure. You'll need to replace the head gasket after that anyway.
