gentlemen one more time take the radiator off take the lower housing off you will find junk in the block there are holes in the block below the sleeve seat that i will bet you are plugged solid the buildup at the bottom of this area will surprize you the water cannot get by in this area that is why it gets hot the block gets built up also with bad water ect the radiator is probably ok but is the water cannot get by the sleeve like it is meant to it will get hot a lot of good money is spent on a rad job that is throwed away a water pump for a SC can be a quick fix
