New rims are $125 each, used rims in good shape are about $75 now day most place's, Don't know about the tire price's for used but a new 12.5 X 38 Goodyear or Firestone will run you $250/$275 plus tax. So if you want new tires and new rims on the back of your H be prepared to spend close to a grand to included mounting, that was what I was told from the tire dealer in Ohio. People wonder why people are asking more for restored or rebuilt tractors. It's the tire that kill you when restoring a old M or H not so much the rebuild kit. I have a dual wheel setup ( 4 rear wheels ) for my 43 H, the tires on the back along with the rims cost me 1875.00. I'm sure going to be afraid to leave it parked at any show once I get it restored just because the tires cost so much. Guess my point is if the guy is will to part with the tires for nothing, go get them it well worth the trip. If you don't want them let me know and I'll take them any time if they are in good shape and fit a H or M :o)
