Actually with J hooks and a little inguniuty you can put wheel wheights on the old steel wheels. As for the rest of it a loader is always hard on a front end. The main rod on my 43' H has been broken and repaired atleast 3 times that I know of becuase of being abused whe it had a loader on it. My grandfather had 6-16 front tires on it to help keep it from sinking as much but that I believe also added to the stress on that shaft. I believe that if you look at the problems you mentioned that there is an answer out there you just need to think like a farmer in 1940 and make it work with what you have around. Best of luck and may you find the answers. Oh by the way if you find you need an extra steel wheel let me know I just happen to have one off an F-12. Farmall43
