Front loaders were made for the 140s, but they are not common and are hard to find. I've seen one in my travels about 20 years ago. I've seen a few pictures. The PT0 on the 140 is not a live PTO. However, you will have no trouble with a belly mower. It will work find. The 6 ft belly mower is probably made my Woods. You can do light bush hog work, but it is really meant for finish mowing. If it is a 3 blade belly mower, there is not enough inertia in the blades to worry about pushing the tractor. By hydraulic, I assume he means the tractor hydraulic system lifts the mower up and down. The 140 is about 22 PTO HP. If the tractor is in good condition, $1900 is a good price. You should have no trouble getting your money back out of it.
