Although most Ms had the belt pulley, it was an option. If someone bought the tractor for a specific job (as I can see happening in california) they probably saved a few bucks and did not get a belt pulley. I'll have to look at my tractor, but I don't recall any hole in the RH side of the lift all. I believe the clutch housing has a hole that is tapped for a 3/4 inch bolt for mounting implements. What size is the hole??
