I am in the middle of a brake job on my 300U it sounds like I have the same design. I would suggest you take the brakes apart before you order parts. I found a broken spring, and a frozen link on one side, and the other side was loaded with hydraulic oil. I may have my brake disks reworked and I might have them put a bit more meat on them than original. My housings are worn down a bit so I will get to the end of my adjustment range before I get to the end of my brake disks. hope your brakes were not as bad as mine.
