When I rebuilt the radiator on my 10-20 I had some seepage at the top and bottom tanks. there was some pitting in the flanges I should have filled before I put the radiator together. I went back and tightened up the bolts about ones a week and stopped most of them but still had a couple that were stubbon. I used pure rain water in the cooling system for the first summer and enough rust formed to coagulate into tink globs and that seemed to stop it.I also put in a hand full of ground black pepper. I then put in antifreeze. and it has been fine ever since. Good luck with it!
